We needed a quick weekend get away. We chose this hotel for proximity to the beach, restaurants, pier and Ron Jon's. Best choice we could have made. The staff were professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. The beach access was easy and even had a lit walkway for night time beach walking. Beds were comfortable. Above all it was CLEAN! The breakfast was a surprise at how fresh it was. We loved our visit and will chose this hotel every time we go back to Cocoa.

I stayed here seven nights and had no problems. Tina checked me in and was very professional and helpful in explaining amenities, etc. This property is well maintained. At least three maintenance personnel working full time on pool, parking lot, painting fence, etc. Heated pool is in excellent shape. Not on beach, but easy walkway to the beach. The 150 room hotel, with eight stories, is diagonal to the beach with entrance to rooms on street side and balconies on the beach side. However, I believe one would have to be at least on third or fourth floor to have a good view of ocean. Clean room, with clean linens on king bed. Wireless internet with no sign-in, and plenty of outlets on desk and around bed. Breakfast was varied daily, with waffles every day. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate all day. ABC and XYZ do a great job keeping everything stocked and clean. They even pass out mints when you leave. Only complaint is the eggs are too dry The Bristro next door in the Marriott Courtyard, is where you go for Happy Hour and food for lunch and dinner. They will cater to your room or at the pool. This place is up to the Hampton standard, and more. Excellent management under ABC and his staff.

Stayed on a reward, but should have gone to Doubletree. Room was fair, but bed comforter smelled like someone had been sick on it. Room was not well maintained. Breakfast was as terrible as you can get, we would have had a better meal at Super 8. Despite advice from agent, this is not the best place to stay on Cocoa Beach. Well off the beach, old under maintained rooms, terrible breakfast. For a Hilton property, this one is lacking.

Hotel is conveniently located off I-95. Fresh continental breakfast with warm cinnamon rolls was very good. Very nice lobby and pool. However, room was in disrepair. Closet door missing, no full length mirror, a lot of dirt on bathroom walls. Overall appearance is lots of wear and tear.
