04/12/2011Although our stay was only one night everything at this hampton inn was great. i especially liked the night light in the bathroom, it was quite helpful during the night.

Very convenient to everything in the valley. Rooms were very clean. I had a problem with the bed, but was fixed in minutes. Staff helpful, friendly, and continental breakfast was very good.

This is a nice hotel with really clean rooms and comfy beds. But we had reserved two rooms and 2 rollaways as both families had 3 kids. When we got there at midnight, a busload of teens had taken all the rollaways. They did end up finding one extra for my kids who are older, but my sister's child had sleep on two chairs. What's the point of a reservation if the item isn't reserved for you? And the desk clerk said that if we didn't like it, we could go to another hotel. Nice way to treat a customer! Except for the rude night manager, it was a really nice place to stay.
