Great location in the Upper Keys to stay. The room was comfortable, nice outdoor heated pool, a small private beach with tiki bar to see the sunset. Close to everything in Key Largo. The free breakfeast was great - make your own wafffles. The front desk was very nice as well.

Very nice quiet hotel on the bayside. Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, nicely decorated room. Hot breakfast. Tiki bar - friendly host, nice quests, short on liquor, but hopefully they will fix that- drinks were $*, rumor that they were going to go up in price so complain if they do! Manatees swim up to hotel! Nice area to lie in the sun. Be sure to go to Fish House Encore restaurant across the street, a little pricey but excellent!!! We ate several places and all were good.

We stayed here two nights in October. It was on the bay side and had a very small beach. It wasn't really all that suitable for swimming though. The day we arrived there were mother and calf manatees swimming right next to the hotel. We saw many other manatees in the keys, but these were easily the best viewed. The breakfast had very good selection.

The hotel room was a great size. We had a king room overlooking the pool with a balcony. The room had a nice fridge, wet bar and microwave. The bathroom was really nice, there was no tub, but the shower was large and very updated. We were very surprised by the updates. Location was ok, however there is no on-site bar or restaraunt, so if you are looking for anything like that- I would recommend elsewhere. The beach was small and not in the best location, but the hotel was overall nice and quiet. We would stay here again, because we did enjoy the nice room. The breakfast was also very nice- included hot breakfast daily which had much more than most continental breakfasts.

We stayed for 2 nights in June...wonder hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast buffett! Beach was a bit small but still enjoyable, pool was great and it's very close to the State Park! Only negative was housekeeping trying to come in at 9:30am to clean the room when the door lock was obviously on! Planning on going back in August!
