We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was a REAL breakfast, not continental. The staff was great and it was most enjoyable. Lots of good stuff for a great price!

I stayed in this hotel just prior to Christmas 2008 with my husband and teenaged daughter. I was astonished that two people were not able to keep the breakfast bar replenished and they didn't seem to have the usual Hampton fare. Instead of Danish pastries they did have two waffle makers that made Mickey Mouse waffles but the area was a mess every morning I was there. On one morning the coffee was cold. On two occassions we went back to the hotel from the theme park in the early afternoon to take a nap and shower for an evening out and our room was not made up yet. This was after 2 PM. The following day we found the same thing after having spoken to the manager and requesting our room be made up early, and my furious husband just threw all the dirty towels out in the hallway and tracked down the housekeeper and just got fresh towels. They never did make up the room that day, I made the beds myself. I can't believe the Hilton Hotel chain puts up with this. I will never stay at this hotel again. We travel to Disney about 4 to 6 times a year from Miami and will be staying in a different Hampton Inn just a bit further away from the parks. I can't believe Hilton will allow this much longer. The manager we spoke to said it was an independantly owned property.

We stayed at the Hampton-Lake Buena Vista for Halloween and had a great stay. We rented a double queen room and both beds had 4 pillows and a neckroll along with a super fluffy comforter. One bed was soft and cushy, the other bed was on the firm side. The room had standard microwave and mini-fridge. Hot breakfast was ok, plenty to choose from fruits/yogurts/hot items/breads and cookies were on the counter in the evening, but gone by 8pm. No guest laundry, but could use the hotels next door. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The desk staff was extremely friendly and the ticket counter person went out of her way to find us a fabulous last-minute pediatric dentist only 4 miles away who could help us the next day. The location was two blocks from the Downtown Disney entrance, making it unnecessary to get back on I-4. Lots of stores and restaurants very close and easy to find.

My wife and I spent eight nights at this hotel (second week of September 08) and we were happy with the facilities, services, breakfast, etc. People at the front desk were very friendly and help us to find directions, etc. The beds are really comfortable, bathrooms clean and well equipped. Only thing I will improve would be to get more than the two tiny packages of real sugar for the coffee service in the room that they provide.
