  Location was good. Toilet didn't work in our first room. Vent didn't work in our second room but we stayed anyway. Nice staff would have adjusted the rate but can't when you book through the travel agency. Bathroom was very small. You had to straddle the toilet to open the bathroom door. A couple of cobwebs hung from the ceiling near the beds. Pool was nice but a little too warm. Security was good because our card key wouldn't even work for 2 of the 4 days and had to get desk to redo the card. Free breakfast was just so-so but the do-it -yourself waffles were good. Beds very comfortable. Free wi-fi was nice too.

  07/09 Found the staff friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only negative thing during the stay was that the gravy on the hot breakfast bar was anything but hot. Over all, my family would stay again. It is also in close proximity to U of K (15 min. or less)campus.

  This is the best hotel in Lexington. We come regulary to Lexington for the Keenland races, and the staff is very professional and responsive to visitor needs. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Location is convenient to everything without being caught in traffic congestion.

  We have family in Lexington and always stay at different hotels when we visit overnight. Not anymore. We will always stay at this hotel from now on. Convient location to where we need to be, very clean, nice pool, friendly staff, comfy beds and great HOT breakfast. Would recommend to anyone staying the the Lexington area.
