The service was courteous, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and well-stocked. I stayed here on a frigid weekend and had a great time. This is a great location for theatergoers and tourists who want to explore the central Michigan Ave. area.

Would definately stay there again. The location is excellent for the trollys, buses and the subway. The staff was excellent, hotel and rooms were clean. The only negatives we saw were the size of the rooms: very small but ok and we noticed that the room did not have a safe.
