Not worth the money

The hotel is new, only a couple of years old, so we thought we would stay with them. We paid $* a night, which was really high compared to other hotels in the area. When we checked in the desk clerk was rude and obnoxious to us. When we got to our room we found hair in the tub, sink and on the bathroom floor, our sheets had some kind of stain on them and the pillows smelled like sweat. When we called down and asked to be moved to a different room the clerk said she didn't believe what I was telling her and refused to move us. We got our own pillows out of the car and slept on top of the covers. In the morning I asked the manager for a refund and he refused saying that there was no way this happened in his hotel and he does not give money back to people.
