Constant Plumbing Problems

The hotel rooms were nice and clean, but the bathrooms on the second floor had continous plumbing problems with the commodes and not just in one (1) room. The side where our room was located had plumbing problems. I know this because plungers were outside of almost every door on Saturday Morning. The night staff actually gave us ( the guest) the plungers to fix our own problem. We also told by the front desk (lady) clerk that we were using the bathroom too much. The gentlman who brought the plunger up gave it to my nine (9) years old nephew and thought that this was alright. He said that it was not his job to ensure that an adult received the plunger. The managers were very nice and did take two days of our four days staff off of our bill. The breakfasts were very good! Maybe if they were bad we would not have ate and would not have needed to use the bathroom so much.

I got a senior rate, but I've usually stayed at the lower end motels in Henrietta. This Hotel is upscale in all respects. It is a Hilton chain. I plan to stay there again as I visit my daughter & family. I can't take my money with me to the "beyond". The bed was super comfy, breakfast was many selections until 10 am, decoration thru out was of a mature & tasteful manner, not the low scale cheap Salvation used sort of the cheap motels. Quiet location, no problem parking, fast two elevators, guests were of a respectful sort, not loud bottom feeders. Pool & hot tub were superb. My grandchildren loved the experience. Didn't use the fitness room. If you can afford it then book & be happy.

We travel with our dog and we get an end room so we can talk her out and walk her on the path and the hotel is in a neighborhood. Many nice place to eat at night. We make this our stop over nite on the way to upstate N.Y. - the islands - We are staying there again in Nov. -

For the business traveler, this hotel is highly recommended. You will enjoy a variety of Resturants near the hotel. If you like to run or walk, there is a paved path around the hotel and neighborhood. Parking is never a problem and the staff is friendly and helpful.
