Everything was great about our stay - except one minor slash MAJOR thing - housekeeping came to our room to clean - I told her we would be gone in 10 min - she said ok no problem ya we returned 10 hours later to find our room had NEVER been cleaned... we called the front desk and the guy was like well they are gone for the day REALLY... he did offer us to move to another room or to come down to front desk for clean towels... what a JERK **
