Prior to this most recent stay I have used this hotel because I have always found the service and staff to be good, the rooms are very comfortable and its location both to the airport and other attractions quite central and easy to get to. In short it has always been great value for me. On this last overnight stay, I have to say that my wife & I were completely blown away from the fantastic reception that we received from the front desk staff, We were greeted by this gentleman with such warmth and respect that we just felt quite at home. In addition to the high standards of the this hotel to which I have become accustomed, was more than a breath of fresh air. If all of their staff are like him, there is likely to be no further place in Miami that I would want to stay. Highly recommend this hotel

We booked this hotel for 3 nights over the new years week and were we pleased. We know Miami locations can be spotty, so we did our homework. After reading reviews it was clear, this is the place. If you don't need the beach this has it all. The value, in a safe location,with tons of local amenities,friendly staff,breakfast,pool, super clean room. Hampton Inns are nice and this is one of the best.

Stayed at Miami Hampton airport Blue Lagoon before our cruise. This has to be one of the friendliest Hampton Inns. Great location if you don't have a car. Across the street from a large grocery store and mini-mall with a fantastic Italian restaurant. One tip, call the hotel before you wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Let them know you are waiting in front of a certain airline. It is easy for the shuttle to miss you while you wait on the super busy curb in front of the 2nd floor of the airport terminal.
