  THE HOTEL WAS FINE - SERVICE WAS GOOD. I HAD A "SUITE" WHICH MEANT I HAD A COUCH IN THE ROOM - NOT THAT MUCH DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR ROOM. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE DECOR. THE LOBBY LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BOUGHT OUT A PIER ONE STORE AND PUT EVERYTHING IN THE BREAKFAST/LOUNGE AREA.UP IN THE CUTOUTS IN THE WALLS. FAKE PLANTS AND TOO MUCH "STUFF" EVERYWHERE. THEY NEED TO FIND A NEW DECORATOR! STAFF WAS GREAT - PAPER CUPS FOR COFFEE AND DRINKS. SINGLE SERVINGS FOR IN ROOM COFFEE. THE MOST EXPENSIVE ROOM IN TOWN AND NOT WORTH IT.

  My husband and I thought very highly of the Hampton Inn in Pocatello. From check in to the great breakfast the following morning we were impressed with the friendly and professional staff, the beautiful view, the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. We also had a great dinner across the street at Ruby Tuesday's. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if ever in Pocatello.

  We were very happy with the Hampton Inn and Suites of Pocatello, Id. The room was set up nicely, very neat and the staff very accomidating. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. The view was beautiful of the valley and we saw the Holt Arena from our room. We was please for the ease of our changing the days of our stay. Things were a bit confussing when we made our arrangements but the changes were made rather easily.
