  We encountered no problems on our stay. the staff was helpful and friendly. the rooms were nice and comfortable. the pool was nice. breakfast was good.

• Rude, rude, rude.

  I stayed here with a group of parents and girls traveling to a soccer tournament. The staff was rude to both adults and kids( with the exception of the nice breakfast woman). The girls were admonished and chastised repeatedly to the point of one staff member entering a room without knocking. The adults were also challenged and treated poorly, charging two cards for the same room twice.
  
  The carpets had just been shampooed and the rooms were damp, the sheets damp and it felt like Miami. One of the girls I-pods disappeared from the room after 3:30 when the room was finally made up. Another in our party was given a room not yet cleaned from the previous occupants. Yet another had the smoke detector chirp in the night so the night manager just pulled it out of the wall and left her room unprotected. The keys were useless from one time to the next.
  
  
  All of us are frequent travelers, both alone and with the team. This was such a disappointment!!t
