Located very close to 57 freeway and Orange County Airport, next door to several other hotels. Parking is limited and spaces are small for large SUV's and trucks, if you come late you will be looking to park elsewhere. A typical Hampton Inn, clean, helpful staff, good breakfast that was kept replenished right up to the end. Small outdoor pool. Double queen room was fairly large, with sofabed, microwave and refrigerator, it would be good for a family. Sofabed was not very comfortable, and queen beds were firm, not the comfy pillowtop mattresses found at other hotels.

My husband and I needed a clean, affordable hotel for a funeral in Anaheim. It was spring break, so we had difficulty locating a hotel that was affordable yet safe. The Hampton Inn was terrific. I have been a Hilton member for years and this was one of our favorite places to stay. The location was great (close to Orange County Airport, the beaches, highways, etc.), it was clean, the buffet was nice, and it was very quiet. The front desk staff was helpful. The rooms were spacious, and we loved the suite set-up. There was a bedroom and a living room with a fridge, microwave and wetbar. The only negative was that the parking was a little cramped. Take my advice and stay there. You won't regret it.

was familiar with it, I gave it another chance. I had mentioned I had mobility issues just in conversation and the young man took the initiative to give me a room with easy access, a hand held shower head and a seat in the shower which was quite helpful. The downside was close proximity to an entrance/exit door which banged very loudly each time it was used, particularly all night long. They tout new mattresses and comfortable beds but nothing could be farther from the truth. The bed was hard with no give to the mattress at all. When I arrived, I was in a hurry to freshen up and head out for the evening; I attempted to turn on the fan for air circulation but the entire control (which was exactly like mine at home so I was familiar with it) came off the wall in my hand. Not having time to report it, I just left it as is. When I returned around 1:00 a.m., the air in the room was cool but stagnant and stuffy. The
humidity outside was quite high, thus there was no relief in the room. With the uncomfortable air quality and the banging door, sleeping was almost impossible. After a few hours, with nothing on the TV due to minimal channel offerings, I did fall asleep from sheer exhaustion but
comfort in that bed was impossible. It was the last straw as far as I was concerned and I will never stay there again. It's in a circular roadway with 4 or 5 other hotels clustered nearby so
I'll be choosing one of them in the future.
