The room was very clean and neat, well furnished and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast in the morning was adequate and above par with other chains that just provide some danish and fruit. Would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is far nicer than any other in Walla Walla. The staff is friendly, my room was clean, and breakfast was good. I came back from wine tasting and they offerred me an opener and wine glass, nice touch!

The rooms were very dirty. Sheets weren't clean, bathroom was filthy, sink was cracked and stained etc. You really didnt want to put your head on the pillow! Air con worked in some rooms but not all - in our room it was either on or off, so we were too hot or too cold all night. In the room next to ours, it didnt work at all - they had to sleep with the door open and a fan blowing in the doorway. Staff was nice enough but service wasn't good - we were told there would be coffee at 5 a.m (not) and they asked us twice what time we wanted a wake up call, but we never got one. I would not stay here again, even though it's cheap...
