Staff was very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. Pool was nice although smaller than it appears in the pictures. We stayed here because the price was right and they advertised free shuttles to nearby Universal and other attractions. There was 1 shuttle early morning and one returning around 9 pm. Because of the heat and main roads it was too far to walk and taxi was $* if you wanted to come or go at another time. Trolley is 3 or 4 blocks away and takes about 1/2 hour to Sea World or Aquatica. Wet 'n Wild was less than a mile walk with sidewalks the entire way. I believe there was also a Disney shuttle. Great place to stay but not if you are counting on easy access to any of the parks other than Wet 'n' Wild.

I have never written a hotel review but this one deserves some good press. I have to say that I was very pleased with this facility. After having a disasterous experience the night before at a local competitor, this Hampton Inn helped make my stay in Orlando feel like a vacation. The staff was very pleasant, the facility and room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, and the pricing is very reasonable. I will definitly stay here again.

Stayed here for a business trip. The meeting room was tiny. It looked like a hotel room that had the furniture removed and added some meeting tables. Barely could accommodate 20 people. The front desk staff were terrible. Very slow and could not check-in State Workers that were tax exempt. Upon check out, the front desk clerk was very rude when I asked for a final bill. She told me I got one under my door and I didn't need another one. Rooms were okay. Clean. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom amenities were avg. Breakfast was maybe the best part, although the fake eggs and warmed over sausage were okay. Just stick with the cereal and muffins. Will only stay here for business purposes only. Definitely not for pleasure.

We had a fantastic stay and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was - the refrigerator and microwave were very useful. The breakfast was quite good (some hot items) and there were freshly made chocolate chip cookies everyday at 6:00 PM, as well as free coffee throughout the day. Most of the staff were very friendly, however the ones at the front desk were sometimes unfriendly and even rude. Upon check-in, the lady must've gotten confused and actually charged my credit card over $700 for the 7-night stay even though I had already paid for it through the pacakge trip deal. I noticed this on my billing statement a couple of weeks after returning home and called the hotel. The manager was hard to get ahold of, and again two of the front desk staff were rude to me. But...I finally got refunded (although I was out $20 due to the Candian exchange rate). So aside from one person's mistake and a few rude front desk staff, the hotel was great and we would stay there again - great price too.

07/19/2007The hotel was great. bed where really nice and soft. rooms were clean. breakfast was great, had something different every morning. and the internet worked well. staff was really friendly.
