My wife and I stayed at the West Sam Houston Parkway Hampton Inn on 23 and 24 October 2010. Around 2 A.M. we woke up to no water service though no advance notice was given. When I called to report, the owner told us water would be off from 2 to 6 A.M. Later the other owner said they don't know why the water is off. City of Houston informed us the city did no cutoff in the area during our stay. When we checked out after 10 A.M. water still wasn't fully flowing into our room. We contacted Hilton Worldwide, were told they would get back with us, and never heard from them again. But the joke's on Hilton Woldwide as they've just lost two longtime customers - forever.
