Room was dirty, no wash cloths even after 3 requests, neighborhood kids w/clothes on in the pool both days throwing patio furniture into water, absolutely no management, front desk person of no help!! even had items stolen out of car trunk while loading.

This property is extremely old and dated. Along with that comes years of neglect. There are musty and old smells, wall paper and paint peeling on every wall, broken and damaged furniture. My sink had a small leak, which was causing the carpet to mold. I stayed one night only because I arrived very late. I left ASAP the next day. What a let down for a Wyndham Hotel! To further compound issues, there was no supervisor or manager available because they were managing two properties in OKC and Tulsa, it took an entire day to get checked out because I had pre-paid. It turned into quite the hassle!!!

07/25/2009This hotel is 5 years overdue on renovation. the sofa bed was held together with twine and the pillows were so flat -- we've eaten fluffier tortillas. no waste basket ...
This hotel is 5 years overdue on renovation. The sofa bed was held together with twine and the pillows were so flat -- we've eaten fluffier tortillas. No waste basket was found in the entire suite. Ceiling missing in the closet, light bulbs missing and out, peeling wallpaper and a/c was inadequate, if indeed it was working. One live bug found in the sofa bed and dead bugs found around the perimeter of the room. We will never stay in another Hawthorn Suites since this is our second bad experience in a hotel of this name.

I cannot say enough about the employees that work at this hotel. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible...especially the guy behind the front desk who will do any job neccessary!!! I think he must work 24 hours a day becuase he was always there with a smile!
Our initial room was directly above a party and room shook with music at about 10PM. Unfortunately, the hotel was booked and the only rooms open were being renovated. All the staff that was there pulled together and put a room together. They truly turned a bad situation around.
Quick access to the highways but didn't care too much for the exterior rooms. Rooms were HUGE but in need of updating (thus the renovation).
