  The hotel is relatively new, located conveniently in the new Las Tablas and Distrito C area of North Madrid. The rooms are nice, large by euro standards, and well equipped (including laptop computers). WiFi access is marginal at best but wired internet ok. The staff is pleasant and well intentioned but they seemed inexperienced. Avoid the dining -- both room service and the restaurant. The food is marginal and the service is poor (nice people -- just not very good at it). It helps on the service side if you know Spanish -- English language skills were marginal. Summary: If you are doing business in the Las Tablas or District C area of North Madrid and want a convenient hotel with nice, well equipped rooms, with a pleasant staff that is not overly helpful, and plan to eat elsewhere this is a decent place to stay.
