I am in this hotel right now- I have no complains- I normally do not comment unless like other's i had a real issue- What caught my eye was the bad honeymoon review- sounds like they where expecting something out of ordinary.Like a hugh Wow factor.I personally would have requested to do a walk thur of the room prior to check in.Then there's no disapointment- I choose a downstairs room facing the main courtyard.Downstairs room have lovely french doors.Some travelers may not like that for fear of safety.I love it.I can go in and out to have my cigaretts with out choosing a smoking room and there fore keeping my clothes smoke free- I may be a smoker but - I never smoke where i sleep- I am an outdoor smoker..I love the feel of a private exit in my room.The rooms are very large.with a 42 inch flat sceen and other goodies .I personally do not use.,,,,, like a compact mp3 playing radio..My room is well maintain and the bathroom and all areas are very clean and the room feels cozie and safe.You do hear a few guests chatting as they walk by outside in the hallway.Over all.The room is quiet.They offered free breakfast buffel.It is wonderful buffel.The food is excellent.I was very please with fruit selection to coffee bar and juice bar and food .From french toast, to hot cook oatmeanl to scamble eggs and more.This hilton offers many options to traveler.Eat in here or go out to neighboring eateries.So i have no ideal why someone complained.I am enjoying my stay.I love this Hilton..There is no reason why anyone should have a complain about this Hilton unless your just a misirable person .I give a Positive thumbs up times ten for this hotel

My husband and I had a great time during our stay at the Hilton. We enjoyed all the activities they had for guests, like the wine pairing they had one night and the swan feedings. The ""Swan Master"" was great entertainment! The staff were always courteous and engaging. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing getaway that we really enjoyed. We are planning to come back again in the spring.

The staff was lovely, meals were Excellent, room was clean and comfortable. I was a diamond member until recently. After I had a few bad experiences at other Hilton properties, I decided to switch to Marriott. However, this hotel changed my mind!!! The staff and services were excellent! It should be a model for other hotels! I will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Elegant hotel in the suburbs, easy to get to, close to tax-free shopping mall, slots at Delaware park. Made for a great weekend getaway. Restaurant was fabulous. Great service, excellent steak, gigantic cheesecake, and an affordable wine list with depth in selections. Staff friendly, hotel very clean, beds were amazing. Wireless internet, in-room movies, room service...we didn't ever have to leave the hotel if we didn't want to. But we tried our luck at Delaware Park and won, so we took that money to the mall and did some shopping (no sales tax). It was a nice getaway - close enough to home - but far enough away to feel like we "got away". Perfect with gas prices the way they are right now. We'll be back again in the summer when the pool/jacuzzi are open.
