  Overall the hotel was satisfactory. The only problem we encountered was the air constantly going on and off. This kept us awake most of the night. There needs to be a "fan constant" switch. VERY nice hotel. If you're worried about security staying near the airport, don't worry here. Easy access to airport.

  We were there for the Bowl Game. The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would recommend this Hotel to other travelers. The shuttle was provided for transportation to the Marta. Would stay again

  We chose this hotel due to the fact that it was close to the airport and provided shuttle service.My son and I drove from STL.My husband flew in from a business trip.He arrived at the shuttle at 9:00pm, it was just pulling away, he waved to the driver and was given a "jerk thumb" to stand back and wait. The shuttle was not full and had not pulled away from the curb. The Best Western driver took him to the hotel. I guess we should have stayed there.The next morning we checked out and realized our car had been broken into during the night. I informed the staff at the desk and asked if there was security during the night. She stated there was, but this was in no way "her fault". We filled out a report with the hotel and the police arrived.Apparently the manager of the hotel was not on duty yet.We left both our cell #'s and we were never contacted by a manager. Very poor communication from the hotel considering we had a crime committed agaist us.
