  Staff ALWAYS greeted me on entering and exiting. Housekeeping was top notch and your never knew that they were around. They cleaned my room on MY schedule, not theirs. I felt very secure while in the parking lot and on this property. Also, free Wi-Fi. bring your laptops!

  We were passing through Austin on our way to a funeral in West Texas and drove by many hotels. It was late and we were exhausted, so we stopped at this hotel b/c it looked safe and nice. The hotel staff was wonderfully accommodating, kind and helpful. We had accidentally left a bag at home, but the hotel has almost everything you could need at a little ""store"" inside the lobby. The entrance was so plush, upscale and NICE. VERY quiet rooms; soft, comfortable beds. A/C worked great, a real plus since I was 7 months pregnant. Very clean beds, bathroom, halls; atmosphere of entire hotel rivals that of upscale luxury hotels. Priced very nicely, especially for what you get. We will definitely stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again. Highly recommend.
