Despite booking months in advance, I was given a smoking room. They said my credit card had expired since i made the reservation--but they should have picked that up when I made the booking--not at 1230AM when I walked in the door. One day they just changed the bed linens and took the towels but didn't clean the bathroom and replace the towels. The refrigerator and the air conditioner were very noisy. Not such a great experience.

I go to Fayetteville often on business and for personal reasons (husband in the military) and this is my preferred choice. The last time we were there was for my husband, and they took his military ID for the discount, no questions or other paperwork/his orders necessary. The room was clean and new, the bed was comfortable and large. I appreciated the desk-level outlet for my computer, I didn't have to get on all-fours to plug anything in. Free wireless internet had a strong signal. I really appreciated their business center with free computer use and free remote printing from your room to the business center (printing out my boarding pass for the train was easy). Not every hotel here, even those in the comparable price range have free Internet! The initial reason I stayed at the hotel was due to the fact I wanted a pool (and in Nov it would need to be indoor) and the hotel price was only a bit more than comparable hotels w/ outdoor pools that would have been closed. The pool was clean and the water was warm. The jacuzzi was broken during my stay, sadly. I needed to extend my stay by an additional night, and unfortunately they did not have rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with getting us another room at another hotel. They offer warm cookies at night. Breakfast in the morning is not included, we did not eat there due to our plans. While this is very close to the Cross Creek Mall, I would advise that it's not 'walkable' as some of the other hotels on Skibo Road -- the only downfall.

I loved the hotel! I saw absolutely nothing wrong or out of the norm, the staff was very nice and smiled (not in passive way, but in a real way). They were helpful... before my mother, father, and my family stayed we toured the room to see if it was what we wanted. The breakfast they had, I dont feel it should have been included. Many hotels I have been to do it the same way, when you serve a hot breakfast butffet with a on duty chef to make whatever else you ask for it might just cost 8.95. If you don't want that then go some where else. For me, my husband, and two kids (who ate free) it was a deal. Keep in mind they also have the option (at least online anyway) to pay about 10 more for the room which will include the breakfast for everyone in your room so its like one breakfast free. The decoraction of the hotel, the roominess of the room, the ammenities, the location to the areas I need to get to, the breakfast, and most important the professional staff. I have that hotel a 5.

It's definetly worth the extra money to stay here in Fayetteville. Here at least you'll know you will have a clean room with professional staff. It's the only place in fayetteville that I have stayed that I've felt safe.
