The hotel was absolutely beautiful! A welcoming fire was lit outside on the patio and inside to give a comfortable feeling while checking in later in the evening. It was easy to find parking in the back and parking lot was well lit. Comfortable and adjustable beds helped with a good nights sleep after long distance driving. A map of the area and attractions was located at the front desk as well as many brochures. Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of foods for any age group. A very pleasant stay downtown within walking distance to the area attractions.

Nice property, relatively new, nice workout area with eliptical machines, outdoor fireplace with hot tub, indoor pool, and friendly staff. They are the first motel we've stayed at that have containers in the rooms and halls to put recycleables in. Only con we found was the parking lot is too small when they are at capacity such as the weekends.

Room gorgeous, staff friendly and helpful. Amazingly low sound level, walls must have great insulating. No neighbor or traffic noise. Walking distance to all of Gatlinburg. This trip was a mom and dad second honeymoon and gave us the privacy, comfort, and convenience to everything we were looking for. Will defininetly return, with or without the children. Family friendly, as well as couple and business friendly. Nice indoor pool area, comfortable outdoor spa and firepit area, great indoor workout/gym area, and comfortable/quiet work area.

Basically this is a new LEED/green designed hotel. The room was very nice. Pool and hot tub were nice. Parking was accessible. The location is great for walking into Gatlinburgh and several nice restaurants were nearby.
