The hotel is very typical of a Hilton Garden Inn which is reasonable. I was only there for 6 hours and needed a place to sleep and a hot shower in the morning. After a cold shower I was asked at checkout how my stay was. I said that I had a cold shower and even after 20 mins of water running, it was still cold. I was advised that this is typical of a shower early in the morning. Sounds like a design flaw to me. So if you plan to shower when everyone else is then you will probably be fine. Leaving early morning then I would stay somewhere else.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and well kept facilities. The sheets smelled like they just came off the line. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. There was a fridge and microwave in the room which came in handy. The hotel is on the same road as the IAH airport and was very convenient. Directions are easy and simple no problem finding the hotel. There is a restaurant on site and one next door. Go straight past the airport on US 59 to find more food options. Highly recommend this hotel . We plan to stay again. well worth the price. Only down was the airconditioner was on an energy saving mode and it got warm then cool I would ask for assistance next time.

The airline had trouble with our flight and they put us up in this hotel. It was very clean, staff was friendly and had a security guard. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. I would stay there again if I ever have to go to Houston.

Being a Memeber of the Military, the Airport Staff was given tickets for being an over night travelors, the services was well worth it. Once I found out the regular price of the hotel, i was surprise. Thanks to the Airport Staff for making the Military comfortable.

We had a reservation problem and all they had left were smoking rooms (which I think they should just get rid of completely). It was as pleasant as a smoking room can be. To compensate us for the inconvenience, the front desk staff gave us tickets for full breakfast for each morning of our stay. Front desk staff could have handled completely differently but they were great and recommended restaurants too.
