we would stay there again staff very plesant Scott at the ticket booth there was very helpful. they ususally have a taxi driver therewhich was great for us as we did not want to rent a car on our seaworld vacation.the only downfall was the strong chlorine smell of the water.You wouldnt want to even brush your teeth with it. Buy a substantial amount of bottled water at one of the drug stores.Much cheaper that way. The bed was very comfortable room was clean we could not hear any of the neighbors beside us.the pool area was nice and pool was always clean. Check out the Village Inn restauant just up the street.Excellent food. this hotel is right on the trolley route and stops basically out front.One more thingwe were there just before christmas and you really have to go to the Arabian Knights dinner show. Awesome. id go back to FL just to see that.

This hotel is a great value for the price. Did not get a chance to use pool, but it looked great- had a nice indoor/outdoor bar at pool with reasonably priced drinks. Rooms were clean and had had fridge and free internet- did not get that at Rosen Center last wek for triple the price! The trolley stops out front so no need to drive for dining/entertainmemt. Would definately stay here again.

Staff was very friendly when we arrived we checked in and went to room .one problem we were given a smoking room . we went back to desk and asked to be changed. The guest relations manager was very helpful .He changed somethings around and we were in a non-smoking room in no time at all. The service at breakfast was little to be desired. The food was good and affordable.Room was clean bed was hard.Lots of seminars in lobby so parking was full while these were going on. Not bad for the price

The hotel was nice and clean. We were there for one night. The breakfast was very good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing I can recommend is to turn your airconditioner fan to "on" when you are sleeping and the air just turns off it was a bit distracting. Just some advice to have a better night sleep. It was very close to Sea World, walking was no problem. I recommend that everyone that reads this visits Sea World's Discovery Cove. It was absolutely amazing.

The hotel is very convenient to Sea World and is very comfortable. (son and I left car at the hotel and took shuttle to the park. We missed the last shuttle to the hotel in the evening, so we walked back instead. He is pre-teen, and the walk was abot 15-20 minutes, but may be a little tougher with young children.) The breakfast was priced reasonably, seating easily available with decent buffet selection and omlette cook on duty. I think the breakfast buffet might be a better choice for those who want to control what they eat since we went ate out at a few places around I-Drive, and they tend to serve huge portions. The check-in was easy and staff very helpful and there is a small pool and hot tub on site. The only downside is this hotel is geared toward the business traveller and not family vacations, so a bigger resort might be better for those with small children looking for ways to keep busy while at the hotel, but the hotel was perfect for our needs, a good value and I would definately stay here again.
