  Nicest place on the beach. staff was extremely helpful and curteous. rooms were by far the cleanest and nicest on the beach. great experience.

  Nice hotel ,they offer free buffet style breakfast but dont tell you it only free to special members until after your eating ,i left a tip at table but was charged again for tip on my bill anyway.room had water coming in from the ceiling after a rain storm .i got a bucket from the front desk to catch the water .hotel staff came in looked at the mess and left never to be seen again the mess was still there the next day when we checked out .

  My daughter was married at the Pier House which was beautiful despite the weather. Unfortunately our guests were disgusted with the rooms and left!! Wake up Hilton!! A wedding to remember in more ways than one (we were embarrased)

  Stayed there in early Oct for a wedding. The food was good, the room was SO comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive. Very Hilton-like. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or fitness facilities. If I were to stay there for a getaway, I'd probably book a different room. We had a partial-view room, and ours faced the inner courtyard. The u-shaped setup of the building makes for a noisy courtyard area...the sound amplifies and bounces around and travels everywhere, even just the sound of someone walking and talking. Leaving the slider open to the air at night wasn't an option due to the noise of other guests. I would expect that the oceanview rooms would be much better.
