We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and visited Wet n Wild, a water park that is about 3 miles away. The hotel looks brand new, and the staff was very courteous. The low price per night made this a great value for a very nice and pleasant stay. A big plus is that the rooms have fridges and microwaves. Rooms are not too big, but beds are confy. The hotel does not have complimentary breakfast; instead, they have a very nice full breakfast to order for $* per person. Not bad, but it was kind of empty and decided to visit one of the many nearby restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and overall it was a great value.

This trip was a very quick trip we stayed 1 night and when we booked the room we requested to be away from the elevator, when we arrived we were put exactly right next to the elevator, we could here conversations in the elevator as well as the buttons dinging everytime. We requested to be moved, the hotel was full and had a few teams staying there so the person who checked us in was wonderful, he worked it out so we were able to move, he was awesome and was about the only good thing about the hotel other than the cleanliness. The business center was not up and running, both printers were out of order as well as the computer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were NOT friendly at all. The beds have memory foam in them so if you like that they are good, they were too hard for my husband and I as we have back problems. The room was fairly small as well as the bathroom, no bathtubs so if you need a tub this is not the place for you. As far as after checking out I came to find out that the hotel had authorized my credit card 3 times, not just once as per the normal, but 3 times in large amount. As I called the hotel they said it was my banks fault. Um no I talked to them and well needless to say I got no where. Staff was not what I expected from a Hilton with the exception of the agent who checked us in!
