First they would except my Hilton membership. Front desk not friendly. Room ok for price, BUT food overpriced and not of good quality. Overall service worse when any hotel chain I stay. My wife and I spend 50 to 60 nights a year in hotels around the world.

We stayed here 8 days / 7 nights and it was truly amazing. My wife and I stayed for our christmas vacation and were amazed by how classy it was. The check in was quick and easy, with great and professional staff. The hotel features many different restaurants along with bars and coffee corners. The hotel room was roomy, had great detail and comfortable. For staying 7 nights, it was well taken care of, cleaned pretty well. The hotel has a marketplace open 24 hours for late night snacks to beer cravings to full on sandwiches. The price is a little high but what do you expect at a hotel. We traveled to Walt Disney resorts everyday through the hotel's charter bus schedule. Also the charter bus was space 1 on all the resorts so that was a super plus. The schedule runs all throughout the day which is amazing. Also since the Hilton is connected to the Waldorf Astoria, the charter bus would pick us up first then the waldorf. Overall this was an amazing stay, it was great!

This was my first trip to Walt Disney World and this hotel exceeded my expectations! The pool with its water slide and lazy river was awesome. The pool is heated and was still quite tolerable (wife would say it was cool) despite high temps the first week of December only in the 60s and 70s. To use the water slide you must be at least 40 inches tall. From 40 to 48 inches, the child must use a life jacket (no cost). On Friday and Saturday nights they showed a Disney movie on a large screen at the pool. Transportation to and from Disney Theme Parks was good. The bus ride could take as long as 45 minutes to get to your theme park as the two buses they have running go to two or three theme parks. Seats are very comfortable and they are usually showing a Disney movie. Just make sure you get a bus schedule and you will be in good shape. If you are in a hurry or miss the bus, you can take a taxi (town car) to the park. We took a taxi twice, and it was around $20. I was glad I had NOT rented a car. Food at the hotel restaurants are on the expensive side. We only ate at the Harvest Bistro a couple of times, but it was good food. The decor, hotel staff and daily room cleaning was good to excellent. The one negative is the hotel does not run the buses for extra events at Disney such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas, and we had to take a taxi. This is a huge hotel and the walk from your room to pool, restaurant, or bus is long. However that did not bother us. STAY AT THIS HOTEL

I have stayed at this Hilton 2 X this year. It is very beautiful property, great staff and the lazy river pool is a blast...not to mention that the pool bar makes the best sangria on the planet! Great girls weekend getaway or a family weekend. Love this place!

Great Hotel, Staff are trained to cater to your needs and make your stay enjoyable. Great pool and lazy river. Shuttle times were frequent enough to the Disney parks, and every two hours to Downtown Disney. Would stay again.
