This hotel is conveniently located and an easy distance to many shopping locations in KC. My hotel room decor was nice and room very clean on the two stays I had this past month. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, updated older hotel.

For the most part the Holiday Inn is a nice place. Traffic was a bit congested in the area due to some road construction and limited road access. The main building room we were in was acceptable. Bath a bit old and too few electrical outlets by mirrors, with two people had to alternate and take turns getting ready. Beds were comfortable and inviting. Restaurant was available but extremely pricey for what was offered and the atmosphere. Day staff at desk extremely helpful and friendly. Not so good at night.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn while in Kansas City for a basketball game at the Sprint Center. The hotel is in a very good location, not far from several restaurants or the Oak Park Mall for shopping. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking and the internet is free. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, the food is good if one chooses to stay in rather than going out. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We arrived late due to the wife getting off work late. The hotel held our rooms and check in was a breeze. We stayed here before when it was under a different name and we could tell the difference. The rooms are quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the staff, including the restaurant was very courteous and friendly. We would definitely stay here again, and again, and again.
