Do not stay at this hotel. It is not safe for a women traveling or a family. It has been remodeled and is very nice but they left the TRASH in the hotel. I had a horrible experience- was robbed in my room while I slept. I observed things that should never have taken place at any hotel ever. There is NO SECURITY in this hotel. Not at all the type of hotel that should carry the Holiday Inn name. I cannot change what happened to me - but I can help others to not have to experience what happened to me.

I was satisfied overall with the facility, even though it was undergoing some remodeling. The one complaint I had was that the printer in the business center was not working. That was a major inconvenience since I don't carry a printer with me during my travels.

Right now they are going through renovations. If you dont mind the dust you will find accomidating staff and superb guest service. Rooms are clean and astetically pleasing for a three star hotel. Lastly location, location, location your near everything that makes for a great Atlanta experience.

My co-workers & I were there for a conference, so to save money we booked here thinking it was close to our conference & they had a shuttle--well, the shuttle was broken down & they had no way to get us to where we needed to go. Believe me, we'd have stayed where the conference took place if we'd known that, but had booked in August, so we were stuck. On the bright side, the manager was kind enough to let me use his computer to check-in on our airline return. Was rather disappointed also for the price that there was no continential breakfast. Rooms were clean, but very dark! Not enough lighting for my taste.
