I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff (actually all of the staff) was friendly and accomodatng. I was given tickets for free drinks and discounted prices in the restaurant for signing up for the rewards program. I thought the food was quite good the first night. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean. The only drawback was that the fan in the bathroom seemed not to be working. That makes for a smoky room when trying to blow dry one's hair! We were on the 5th floor and had a nice view of downtown. Allentown proper is right around the corner with lots of quaint/neat/interesting shops etc. I thought parking might be a problem, but didn't realize at first that the lot extended around the hotel to a parking garage. All in all I really enjoyed this stay!

every time i visit buffalo, this is where i stay, the service is great and i love the fact that its close to everything. i drove to niagara fall, the mall even the hospital is close by, tons of things to do i love it.

Room was loud, could hear people in adjacent and above rooms talking loudly after midnight. Did not have continental breakfast, had to go to hotel restaurant and pay for breakfast. Disappointed as I have had more amenities and better experience with Holiday Inn Express and expected more from a Holiday Inn given the increased price.

Never having been to Buffalo,NY and going to a Bills game for the first time (from Southern NJ) Did we ever make a good choice. Hotel personnel were all friendly, courteous and more than willing to help. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Food was great - plus the location gave us the opportunity to walk to several places "like the Anchor Bar". Their buffalo wings are the best - Will definitely visit the area again and we even made a trip to Niagara Falls- It was a great four days.
