My wife and I arrived at the hotel to find that they do not have parking for bigger trucks. I drive a dodge mega cab 3/4 ton. We were told to go 4 blocks and pay to park there. When we were finally able to check in and get to our room the air conditioning did not work. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn't work either. The staff was nice and got us a better room. We placed an order for breakfast to be brought to our room the next morning but after waiting an hour decided to just check out. We carried our bags back the 4 blocks where we had to park because the shuttle was not available. The staff was nice, but the accommodations were less than satisfactory. We won't stay here again.

Couldn't ask for a better location. The beds were very comfortable. refrigerator and microwave were a plus. Staff was very helpful. The only negatives were the pool and our breakfast buffet. The pool was great for adults but not for children-no shallow end under 4'. The food on the breakfast buffet was not very good. Cold bacon and hard pancakes.

The time to write this review has come. With a new downtown hotel on the horizon hotels such as the Holiday Inn will pay for their price gouging. I have stayed at the downtown Holiday Inn multiple times over the last 2 years and it has gotten better. The only reason I stay is for the location. For $160+ a night, depending on the time of year, this hotel simply does not make the cut. The hotel itself is average and has a dated feel to it even with the recent rennovation. On my most recent trip the room was somewhat dirty with an empty pop bottle near my bed and one of the elevators smelled a bit like urine. The main perk is free internet. THE ONLY reason I will continue to stay at this hotel is for it's location.

Definitely not worth the money. We stayed in a king bed room on the top floor, great view. That was the only good thing about it. Not a great room, an outdated hotel. The bar food was good but not worth the money either. If you're giong to spend the money, stay at one of the other downtown hotels. We will not stay here again.
