We booked this room to attend the engagement party of our niece. The party began at 5:30 and check in was at 4:00. Since we had driven 5 hours to get here we were counting on getting ready in our room. We attempted to check in at 4:00 and were told that the room was not ready and would not be ready for about a half hour. We attempted to check in at 4:30 and were told that the room would not be ready for 45 more minutes. Management was informed and they said that they would put extra personnel on it. at 6:05 we were finally able to check into our room. We were obviously late for the engagement party and we were given no apologies or compensation for our troubles. We had three children with us who we had to try to entertain in the lobby and the car while we waited for over two hours. Once we got the room it was dirty and run down. A total disappointment.

Stayed at this hotel on business and was very satisfied with the overall hotel and their service. They were able to upgrade me because of my Platinum Priority Club and the room was great. There was a 42" Plasma TV, a concierge lounge, and the largest fitness center that I have ever seen. We ate in Churchill's and was blown away by their table side service and excellent food. I would recommend this hotel to everyone of my business partners. They know how to treat you.

i would totally not recommend someone to stay here. the rooms are muggy and i feel like im at the "roach inn." i have stayed at much nicer holiday inn's. the beds are full size beds. usually we have no problem getting a queen. the bathroom is dirty and had hair on the bathtub. the counter top in the bathroom still has stuff stuck on it from the last guest. and when i went to get a towel from the bathroom there was a long black hair that belonged to someone else in the towel. this is not a place where i feel like i can take off my shoes and walk around on the carpet.

Staff was decent, BUT, the room was musty, threadbare towels, loose toilet that rocked back & forth, dirty dishes that sat in the hallway all night, dirty carpet in the foyer, and only one $10 off breakfast coupon for ONE person - there were THREE of us - $* for one night - checked out & went to Comfort Inn - much nicer facility - stayed there for $* a night plus free breakfast for all of us!
