We stayed here three nights and enjoyed every minute of it.The bed was very comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful.We would definitely stay here again. It is close to Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorials.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great suits, nice new feel and great breakfast. The pool was a little cool. Needs to be warmer in the colder months. I wish Holiday Inn would get bigger pillows. They were good, but they give you 4 to 6 small pillows for the king bed. You roll over and you end up in the divide of two pillows. That disrupts my sleep. Over all it's a great place to stay.

10/23/2010Hotel was nice, clean and looked brand new, very cordial staff. all in all a great stay. town rolls up sidewalks at 5 pm in the off season.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, desk staff was wonderful, good location. Very kid-friendly, nice pool, decent exercise room for a small scale hotel. Our only complaint was breakfast - very limited, virtually no fresh fruit but to be honest every place in the Hill City area was like that (plus, it's a free breakfast we're talking about, so what would you expect!) Overall a great place to stay and very economical.

The Staff here, especially the AM staff, was incredible. I have stayed in just about every high end hotel the is including The Ritz and the Four Season. This staff has them beat. They care about you because they want to care, Not because they are being paid to care. Thanks for the broom for the snow and the snow balls in the middle of May.
