We stayed in room 122 on the evening of 11/21/2009. The wife was woken up by a hotel party, and had to turn on the lights to see the phone. She saw a spot on the side of the sheets, pushed it, and it popped with blood. she looked at the bed itself, and the pillows were covered with bugs. There were red splotches of blood where her head crushed them. We have never been so disgusted! We were given another room, but received crappy sleep after a full day's drive. The kids were a wreck the next day as a result. When asked to comp the room as a result, I was told only the manager could do that, and over a long holiday weekend... nothing. Comfort suites lost a customer this November day. Don't make the same mistake we did.

My wife and have been staying here on our way to Florida going on 3 years this March-09 and have always look forward to our 1 night there.Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff and the breakfast has always been good.We have stayed at other places but I always book this one every year because we always know what were getting when we arrive after a long trip.We only have to walk about 100 feet outside the main entrance to get to Shoney's Restaurant.I would highly recommend this Hotel.

My wife and have been staying here on our way to Florida going on 3 years this March-09 and have always look forward to our 1 night there.Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff and the breakfast has always been good.We have stayed at other places but I always book this one every year because we always know what were getting when we arrive after a long trip.We only have to walk about 100 feet outside the main entrance to get to Shoney's Restaurant.I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The service was awesome! All of the desk clerks were so helpful and friendley. The room was big and clean. They had already turned on the air so our room was cooled down which was great. It is a NON smoking hotel which was nice too. The breakfast was good. I loved the biscuits and gravey. They had free internet for wifi and for the business center. New equipment in the fitness center too (although I was not up to working out.) Over all it was great experiance. I would stay here again and i would reccomend it to anyone. : )
