I do not recommend this hotel !! Management was uncooporative in finding a solution to our problem. Very poor customer service. Our 6 day conference was clouded by room changes, extreme noise and no consideration for the constant interruptions and distractions. Our conference had been booked for over 7 months yet we were inconvenienced by having to relocate to a very small, inadequate conference room. The internet and cell phone reception was HORRIBLE !! I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again. There are too many great hotels out there to put up with this lack of quality !! Security was a major concern also. During a wedding reception, the back door to the first fllor was propped open allowing anyone access to the hotel. My room was only feet from this open exterior door.

I would reccomend this hotel to everyone. The rooms were very clean, a pet peave of mine. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a new property with a nice hot breakfast which was also well maintained. It is close to the Ontario airport, but you won't hear the planes. The only drawback you might encounter is when the wind blows the wrong way, you get a strong wiff of the cows and thier unique aromatherapy, which are not too far from the hotel. It wasn't too bad and wasn't constant. Still, you will wrinkle your nose a bit when it does happen. It cetainly wasn't enough to make me uncomfortable. I will definately stay here again, and in fact have aleready booked a return stay in several weeks. Give them a try, you won't be dissappointed. I've stayed at many hotels in this area and this is by far my favorite choice.

The hotel was quite nice. Friendly staff, close to major highways/airport, good breakfast. Some noise from planes and highway but not horrible-mainly in the early morning for the planes. My only complaint is that they didn't have the correct room type on the first night of my trip. I needed 2 queen beds and they only had 1 king bed with no vacancies. They were able to switch our room on the second night.

Very clean room, very comfortable bed, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Because I was traveling with kids, I thought I booked a room with a refrigerator and found out at check-in that I inadvertently booked a standard room. Front desk staff and manager had a refrigerator delivered to our room for our use during our entire stay for free. Wow. That is service. Breakfast room is large and comfortable. Breakfast included some hot food items as well as the regular continental fare. The only thing that was somewhat lacking was their monitoring of the pool area. For the two times we used the pool there were no pool towels to be found on the towel rack and I had to go to the front lobby to request pool towels to be delivered. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

I stayed at this hotel with my two boys. As a single parent I'm always looking for the best value for my money and this was definately it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. According to the Holiday Inn website, guest rooms were listed as having a microwave and refrigerator, when in fact they don't. When I showed the information to the manager, he immediately ugraded us to a suite that included these amenities. The breakfast was great...so many, many choices. We will definately be staying here on future visits to Southern California.
