  My first impression of a hotel / motel isn't the building - but how I am greeted by the staff. This hotel was wonderful - very informative and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very nice and the bedding some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in for a hotel. Hours after leaving we realized we had left (2) king size pillows. Two days after leaving I called and (Sharon) the front desk assistant was so helpful in arranging to have my pillows sent to me. Not only did they take care of getting them ready to send out - they called me back with the information for shipping them. I could not of asked for BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were wonderful and went over and above to help me. That kind of customer service is rare these days and I just want the Management of Holiday Inn Express to know the Staff at the Ft Smith, AR Holiday Inn Express location are AWESOME ! Thank you Sharon and staff at Holiday Inn Express - I appreciate you taking such good care of us. Donna Hobbs, NM
