Great Stay
02/19/2011Great hotel. it's in a very convenient location, the staff were friendly, and the hotel room was clean and in great condition. i highly recommend this hotel.

Mistery deals - Smoking room.
02/27/2010The hotel is nice and well situaded but the room was a smoking room. the suite was nice and big but the tobacco smell was foul, and totally unhealthy . travel ...
The hotel is nice and well situaded but the room was a smoking room. The suite was nice and big but the TOBACCO SMELL was FOUL, and TOTALLY UNHEALTHY . Travel online did not inform about that, did not provided a chose of non-smoking. Once at the hotel, the recepcionist, refused to change the room for a non-smoking one. He said the hotel was full, when it was not true.

03/04/2008This was a decent place to stay. the suite style room worked well for us, with two small children. we had enough room and were comfortable during our stay.

I would however suggest that the hotel work a little more on their customer service skills.
We got the "bum's rush" out of our room at check-out time. As a family with two small children it takes us some time to load our vehicle. As we were departing the room the housekeeping staff showed up and began to clean the room. This included removing our stuff from the room, when the maid picked up my purse I was uncomfortable to say the least.
I reported the experience to the desk and received not much of a response. I suppose the fact that we were departing guest, they didn't feel compelled to respond to my issue.
I thought that most businesses were built upon repeat customers...I'm not sure we would stay here again. -

We stayed here last summer, and our stay this year was not quite as pleasant. Batteries were missing from TV remote, and alarm clock was missing. We requested linens for fold-out sofa and had to go get them ourselves from the desk. When we returned to the room, we realized they'd only given us 1 sheet and 6 pillowcases! Front desk service needs improvement!
