  I stayed at this hotel for the first time. HIE is my chain of choice, but iI have to say I was very disappointed. The hotel couldn't guarantee that the room I had would be pet free-I have bad allergies to animal dander. The bath tub in the room wouldn't drain so when I showered the tub would fill with dirty water. i told the front desk TWICE and nothing was done about it. Upon check out i mentioned it again and the manager couldn't offer me anything since I booked through a middle man. I am very disappointed. Don;t be fooled by the hotel being new. Its not as clean and professional as you would expect. For this price stay elsewhere.
