  This Holiday Inn is less than a year old, the staff was awesome; the room was outstanding. A snow and ice storm caused us to need to leave at 3 am for the Memphis airport and the Night auditor had made breakfast for us early, having heard we'd be leaving that early! No's on my rating were only because I didn't use them or there were none.
