  Desk help very friendly( a little touch & go as to new trainee not familiar with checkin) had to explain it was prepaid, help came over & it went ok, ...

  Desk help very friendly( a little touch & go as to new trainee not familiar with checkin) Had to explain it was prepaid, help came over & it went ok, til following morning when we got a bill under the door for balance due(which was the full amount) took to desk and they apologized and said we owe nothing. Room very clean, plenty of towels, soaps, etc. Breakfast was VERY good except sausage, it was terrible. Would stay there again.

  Booked this hotel online and hoped and prayed that it was ok. my prayers were exceeded. the hotel was super clean and just a few steps from the toyota center. ...

  Booked this hotel online and hoped and prayed that it was ok. My prayers were exceeded. The hotel was super clean and just a few steps from the Toyota Center. The staff was always friendly and had extra touches like cookies and milk in the lobby and a wonderful breakfast buffet. There cannot be a better stay for your money in Houston Downtown.

  We stayed at a much higher priced hotel nearby for 2 nights before moving here. this room was equally as nice. hotel staff was friendly and helpful. very convenient to ...

  We stayed at a much higher priced hotel nearby for 2 nights before moving here. This room was equally as nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to convention center (2 VERY SHORT blocks). Great breakfast buffet.

  Super location, walking distance to minute maid park, go astro's!! also, less than 10 minute drive to tx. medical center.
