The hotel was lovely. It offered a very nice breakfast daily. When we booked with travel agency we asked for two beds and no smoking. When we arrived, we got smoking and 1 king bed. We could not change as everything was booked--graduation weekend. I would definitely book Holidy Inn Express again but not so sure about travel agency

Stayed 4 nights. First night upon check-in could not log onto internet. Ethernet cable was on the desk and plugged in. Computer kept giving me "cable disconnected" error messages. Asked the front-desk for another cable and was told I would have to call their tech-support company and gave me an 800 number. Nobody answered until the next day and the computer voice asked for a "ticket number" - all while I was trying to resolve the matter with people back in my home office 1000 miles away. After 2 days I finally got through to the tech-support folks and we helped by a very nice gentleman. He checked all of the hotel network and informed me that they DID NOTE have a hard-wired system that everything was wireless and that there was a router hub on the floor above me??? Hummmm, I had tried countless times to log onto that system but with no success. On the third day I got this hairbrained idea to take my laptop to the third floor and....yep, it worked fine. Thinking it might be my computer, I went and picked up my son who brought his lap-top and it didn't work in the room either, but like mine, did work on the third floor. So much for my business trip. Upon packing to checkout everything sitting on the floor in the closet was soaked. There was a water leak inside the wall. Hair dryer did not work? Very nicely appointed building and very clean and fresh. Breakfast area is poorly designed being located in a nook off the dining room. Only big enough for two-three people at a time. Not good when many folks are trying to get out for work/meetings. Bottom line....probably won't stay there again.

Don't forget people, you must ask detatiled questions. I booked this hoted for my daughters graduation from Fort Sill. Made in advance and paid in full. I asked if they had a pool, they do. Beautiful Pool and Spa! I just forgot to ask if there was any water in it! No there wasn't 100 degrees in the shade and no water in the pool!

We totally enjoyed our stay for our son's graduation from Boot Camp. Everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious. My husband totally enjoyed the pool several times a day. It is hot in Oklahomal! It is only minutes from the base and you can choose several routes to get there. This hotel is well worth the extra money.
