  We stayed at this hotel last year in 2009 I believe it was near the end of May. Long day and I was tired, got the run around from hotel down the street,a national chain;-they said they had no rooms with 2 beds but then when I called they did-didnt argue just tried the next closest which was this one and I told the desk clerk here what happened and she was awesome!! This hotel had lower rates than that place anyway!! I have recommended and stayed at H-I express whenever possible since. Free breakfast was more than adequate and good selection though dining room is rather small but they kept food well stocked and turnover is quick so we didnt have to wait long. We used the pool and hot tub and the kids loved it!! no chlorine overkill; and fitness center had treadmills, and sauna. Computer with internet access in lobby was a nice touch and free wi-fi in the rooms. Room was quiet though right off freeway we didnt hear it and had a fridge and micro which thrilled the kids, very nice beds and linens...was just a very nice room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the clerks recommendation for a chinese food restaurant and it was wonderful too. Best experience at a hotel I have ever had, was not ho-hum at all.
