The hotel's customer service is superb, breakfast is good, and rooms are very clean. The hotel is not in the most convenient location/New Tampa area (and over a half an hour from airport during non-traffic times) and has no indoor poor or whirlpool), but if you want a clean, comfortable, safe stay with great customer service - I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel lived up to the reviews we read before selecting it. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. The pool was clean and never crowded. The complimentary hot breakfast each morning was really great and the "hot" portion changed each day which kept it from getting dull. There was free ice cream at 8pm each evening which our daughter loved and my husband enjoyed the free beer on check in. Very nice hotel and very centrally located. We were just under an hour to the beach and about one hour to Disney World.

My family and I stayed for two nights at this hotel while attending Busch Gardens. The front desk staff made us feel very welcome and assisted us in whatever we needed. The pool was nice and only had a few other people in it both times we swam. Towels are waiting for you when you get out by the pool side. The hotel offered both a cold continental and a hot breakfast bar every morning for free. They also offer a free ice cream bar in the evening. Our room was VERY clean, quiet and comfortable. The only negative thing that I experianced was that the room did not have a mini refridgerator. The two queen beds that were in the room were wonderful. Check out was effortless. I would definatley stay at this hotel again.

Family of 4 stopped for the night on the way to a cruise departing from Tampa. Very nice. Beer at check-in was totally unexpected! Our traveling companions/family of five had reserved one room but were given a 3 room suite at no charge....great customer service! Pool was small but adequate for a cool down after a long trip. Complementary breakfast was good. Loved the breakfast burritos. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. We will stay again in an instant. Also, many good restaurants near by. We went to Ruby Tuesdays and had a very good time.
