My teenage daughters and I spent 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Express and were really happy with our choice of accommodations. The front desk staff were all pleasant and very helpful, the room (double queen suite) was really spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast as well as the free happy hour provisions (snacks, soda, beer, cookies & milk). The outdoor pool and hot tub were nice (small but nice). We took advantage of the free shuttle to get us to the nearby shopping as well as the airport. Nearby Old Town Scottsdale is a great area to visit, with a wide variety of shopping and food. When we return to the area we will definitely stay here again, as we had a great experience!

This hotel was the perfect family vacation. The room was in excellent condition. The pool and hot tub area were clean and well kept. The hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The extra ammenities including breakfast, happy hour, appetizers, and fresh cookies and milk were perfect. Holiday Inn is our new "choice" for hotel stays!

We had 3 adults in a 2Q bedroom suite and it was very workable. Rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Enjoyed use of hot tub, breakfast area, and evening reception. We traveled to Phoenix for the NCAA National Championship Football game. I think they overdid the biscuits and gravy breakfast for the Auburn, Alabama fans. (we are from Oregon). Nice 3 block walk to Old Town Scottsdale but really need a car to get to the heart of the Scottsdale experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

This was a GREAT hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service is awesome because the hotel is located near everything! Shuttle took us to the Fashion Mall, Old Town, Restaurants, and Desert Gardens. Hotel is in a great location, near a grocery store as well. The rooms were very clean, nice and updated. The kitchenette and lounge area in the room was a bonus; it provided extra space and privacy. I will definitely recommend this hotel! OH and I almost forgot the best part, the curtsey deluxe breakfast was just what we needed every morning (bagels, cereal, yogurt, bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits). Curtsey happy hour with wine, beer, and soda available. There is a nice business center with access to computers to use as well and the pool was nice and clean. Enjoyed the stay!
