I was pleasantly suprised at the staff at this hotel. I origianlly booked somewhere else but somehow lost my reservation. My husband was coming back from Iraq and we were able to get a room with a jacuzzi. The staff made us feel really welcome. They went above and beyond for our special circumstances. The breakfast was wonderful but I would like to see some soy products and healthier alternatives.

THIE HOTEL WAS JUST OKAY... I PAID LESS MONEY FOR A BETTER QUALITY HOTEL IN THE SAME AREA. THE WALLS ARE THIN AND I COULD EVEN HEAR THE LADY NEXT DOOR WHISPERING TO HER BABY.... I HAD TO ASK FOR A REFRESH ON THE COFFEE AND TEA FOR MY ROOM. FURNITURE WAS CHEAP. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE NOT EVEN ON A TABLE~SAT DIRECTLY ON THE FLOOR. THE BEDDING WASN'T CHANGED EVEN THOUGH I LEFT A PILLOW ON DISPLAY THAT HAD BLOOD ON IT FROM MY GRANDSON~THE PILLOW CASE WASN'T CHANGED. JUST OKAY... NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED FOR THE MONEY... BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE NICE TOO. THE PHONES AND THE ELEVATOR BOTH WERE OUT FOR A PORTION OF OUR STAY.STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. LIKE I SAID ""JUST OKAY""
