Lewiston was hosting a softball tournament and the front desk was very busy, Whereas you might expect them to be as short as possible to try to get guests processed, they surprised by treating the guests in front of us and us with dignity and respect, not attempting to rush anyone. I was very impressed. The room was clean and quiet, the fixtures in the bath all worked well. We stayed at 5 different places on this trip and the other 4 had faucets that were difficult to adjust . A small thing, but very irritating. I would definitely recommend this place.

Holiday Inn Express in Pullman was booked, so we picked this one with the idea of having to dread the trip back and forth to WSU. Not a chance. First off, excellent facility from the moment we parked the car. Friendly staff, very helpful and courteous right up until checkout. Arrived late in the evening and woke to one of the best mountain views I've ever seen from a hotel room window. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Restaurants and shopping easily within walking distance. Loved the pool and ice and soda machines located on every floor. If you're business/pleasure takes you anywhere near this hotel, don't pass up the opportunity. You won't be disappointed.

From our arrival the motel trated us extremely well. Our stay had to be expanded to allow our furniture to get here on Monday, July 21. The staff was very willing to help us get thingd set up for the extended stay.
