  Staff is rude. After setting up my rate over the phone 6 months prior and prepaying an advance rate, i arrived at the hotel on our first day of vacation. The manager wanted to change my rate, saying the rate was incorrect. After an extensive arguement, a refusal to give a refund and a denial to let us stay there at the rate pre charged to my credit card, we had no choice to stay. Throughout the rest of our stay, the staff was extremely rude including the need to make multiple requests for fresh towels as many of the employees do not speak or understand any form of English. The pool area spelled and despite the wide selection of equipment, was old and not properly maintained. In addition, the hotel seems to have front desk and reservation issues, as a couple with a block of rooms for a wedding was having the same issue as myself. I have had great success with holiday inn's as I stay at them reguraly but I would not stay here again and do not recommend anyone to stay here as well.

  The rooms are old and in poor condition. The comforter was thin and the linens very grey. The room was fairly clean, however it was very disappointing considering the price was so high. I will be very reluctant to stay in another Holiday Inn Express unless I know it is new.

• Efficient Stay for Business Travelors

  Well executed business travelor hotel. nothing fancy, but clean, wireless inet, nice breakfast option inlcuded so you can go on your way fast.

  It was very clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave oven which was nice. What I really loved was the wireless internet access because when I travel, I always take my laptop with me to do work and to write. I had a king bed and the mattress was lumpy, sheet didn't fit the bed and there wasn't an extra blanket for me. I had to sleep in the chair as I have back problems and I couldn't sleep on that mattress.
