We booked this hotel at the last minute after we ended up having to extend our stay in Orlando due to weather at home. We wanted to be close the airport for our rescheduled flight, which was too early to stay another night in Disney. We stayed with our three children, ages 6, 3 and 5 months. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The two older children shared the second double bed and our baby slept in a crib provided by the hotel. Though not a pack and play, it was a perfectly adequate crib and I had no qualms about letting my baby sleep there. The sitting area was great for when we had to get up to feed the baby in the middle of the night. Our room had a separate kitchenette, which was fantastic because I had to wash bottles during our stay as well as dispense medicine to my two older children who had gotten sick during our trip. There was even a full fridge/freezer which allowed me to keep an icepack frozen for our baby's milk/kids' meds for our travel day the next day. The front desk staff were all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was decent... the kids enjoyed it, especially. It was nice not to have to grab something at the airport that morning. My only complaint is that we had to ask three times for the crib for the baby. It seemed there was only one gentleman working housekeeping when we were there. He was very apologetic when he finally arrived with it though. So this really doesn't affect my rating. Would definitely stay here again.

Good, basic hotel. Hot breakfast included, although pretty basic. Good hot water pressure. clean rooms, smelled nice. However, DO make sure you put your do not disturb sign on your room for the morning if you plan to sleep in. My flight came in at 1:00 am, and I didn't put my sign up, and housekeeping was tap-tap-tapping on my door at 8:00 a.m.! Needless to say, I was slightly peeved. Also, due to my late arrival and check-in, I requested a later check out. They gave me one extra hour beyond the original check out. I felt that they could've been a little more accomodating given the circumstance. ALso, even after I straightened it out with them I'd need a later check out and it was ok'd, someone still called and re-confirmed it not knowing that I already understood the arrangement. I think they must've gotten busy and someone was out of the loop in communication. The desk service was friendly and efficient, and the shuttle driver was timely and polite. Overall, I would stay again.
