This hotel was absolutely awesome! My daughter and I loved the clean room and the very friendly staff. The free breakfast was more than I had imagined with a great variety to choose from. The beds were extremely comfortable especially for someone with back issues. The pillows were marked "firm" or "soft" which was such a great idea! The location was absolutely perfect for anyone not renting a car. Restaurants, stores and even attractions such as The Titanic Experience and The Pirates Dinner Theater were within walking distance. Loved the fitness room and computer room, very convenient. We used the free shuttle to Universal Studios and were very pleased with the service and also found the Trolley that travels up and down International Drive very convenient. The only negative comment I could give was that the pool was freezing, but I believe that was due to the cold weather from earlier. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with this hotel and the price and would definitely recommend staying at it.

This is the third time that I have choose Holiday Inn Express as a travel stay hotel and I must say that all of the stays have been a "GREAT EXPERIENCE." All of the hotels were clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this as a choice of hotel stay because of all of my positive past experiences.

The hotel, staff and breakfast were very good. No complaints at all. Even with a conference going on for about 2-3 days we never felt crowded. The location is great because its not directly on the Drive, but close enough to walk for shopping and eating. The room was very clean everytime we would come back from the theme parks. Check in and check out were very pleasant. All the staff was very professional and polite.
